We’re excited to announce that you can now use Routific to automatically communicate key information to your customers. You can now automatically send notifications to let customers know when to expect a delivery, when it’s on its way, and when it’s been delivered. It's an easy way to enhance the delivery experience and increase your efficiency.

Send notifications to let your customers know when to expect a delivery, when it’s on its way, and when it’s been completed. Even update your customers when there’s an unexpected change to their delivery time window.

How do I add Customer Notifications to my current plan?

To add this to your current plan, simply navigate to My Account > Edit Plan > Select & Customize Your Plan >> navigate to app now

How do I setup Customer Notifications?

Once you add Customer Notifications to your plan, you can then customize the notifications to fit your business and add customer phone numbers in just a few steps.

 You can find customer notifications in the menu at the top-left.

Make sure all your customers have phone numbers associated with their stops.

When you dispatch to your routes,  your customers will automatically receive notifications based on the templates you turned on – so make sure you double-check your settings!
